THE SERIES
Northern Iowa and Valparaiso will meet on the court for just the 31^st time in program history on Saturday night. The Panthers have dominated the series with a 27-3 overall mark. UNI is undefeated in home venues with a 14-0 record while going 12-3 on the road and 1-0 in neutral site games.

Sophomore Noah Carter recorded his second double-double in 10 days, finishing with 25 points and a season high 13 rebounds against Indiana State on Feb 7, he finished with 21 points and 12 rebounds against Southern Illinois on Jan 30.
Bowen Born has made 46.0% of his three point attempts in Valley play, ranking 3^rd in the MVC.

VALPARAISO

Not only did Valpo upstage a quality and experienced No. 25 Drake team on Sunday, Feb. 7, but it did so in lopsided fashion. The 17-point margin of victory matched Valpo's largest in a regular season Missouri Valley Conference game since joining the league.
Sheldon Edwards' dunk from the Sunday, Feb. 7 victory over No. 25 Drake checked in at No. 7 on Sports Center's Top 10 plays late that night.
Entering this weekend at UNI, Donovan Clay has started 53 consecutive games. He made his first start during the third game of his freshman season (2019-20) and has started every game since.
Clay, Krikke and Sackey have all started the first 20 games this year. Krikke made only one start as a freshman last season.
