UNI Women Meet Bradley Friday, Saturday

The UNIÂ women's basketball team travels to Peoria, Ill. to challenge the Bradley Braves after their MVC series against Evansville was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns amongst Tier 1 Personnel.Â
• The Panthers traveled to Des Moines on Jan. 27 to play the Bulldogs in the first game of the MVC series but could not come out with the win. The Bulldogs claimed a 23-point lead with four minutes left in the game and ended the game 96-79, 17-points ahead of the Panthers.
• Cynthia Wolf recorded a career-high 18 points against the Bulldogs and shot 72.7% from the field.
• Megan Maahs is the newest Panther to enter the 1,000 Point Club and is already moving up. After the game against Drake, she is now ranked No. 24 with 1,025 total points. Maahs also recorded five rebounds and moved into the second spot on the All-Time Rebounding list with 791 rebounds. Â
• Bradley and Valparaiso split their series on Feb. 4-5. Bradley lost on Feb. 4, 71-66 but battled on Feb. 5 and topped the Crusaders, 61-51.Â
• Lasha Petree scored 27 points on Feb. 4 but her game-high and Bradley's quick 12-0 scoring run to start wasn't enough to beat Valparaiso.Â
• Karli Rucker is four points away from the No. 12 spot on the All-Time Scoring list with 1,249 points. Currently in the No. 12 spot is Tara King with 1,253 career-points.
• UNI is ranked No. 9 in the nation for Free Throw Attempts and No. 7 for Free Throws Made. Rucker is ranked No. 94 for assists and Bre Gunnels is No. 45 for Free Throw-Made.Â
• Bradley is tied for third in the MVC conference with six wins. They are sharing third place with Illinois State and Drake. UNI falls in fourth with five wins and four losses going into the series with the Braves.Â
