UNI Tennis Releases 2021 Schedule

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI tennis team has released its schedule for the 2021 spring season. The Panthers are set to host five matches between the Black Hawk Tennis Club in Waterloo and the UNI Tennis Complex in Cedar Falls.
The Panthers kick off the season this weekend in Milwaukee, Wis. where they'll face Cardinal Stritch on Feb. 12 and Milwaukee on Feb. 13. Opening home play on Feb. 20, UNI will take on Omaha at the Black Hawk Tennis Club in Waterloo. Back on the road, UNI is slated to face Saint Louis (Feb. 26) and Washington University (Feb. 27) before capping off the month with a stop at SIU-Edwardsville (Feb. 28).
March competition will see the Panthers back in Waterloo to host Upper Iowa on March 5 and open Missouri Valley Conference play against Drake on March 12. UNI will close out non-conference competition with a pair of road matches, challenging Northern Illinois on March 26 and Chicago State on March 27.
Zeroing in on MVC action, UNI is set to host Valparaiso on April 2 at the UNI Tennis Complex before traveling to Illinois State (April 10) and Bradley (April 11). The Panthers will cap the regular season with a home match against Missouri State on April 17. UNI will then travel to Springfield, Mo. for the MVC Championship on April 23-25.
