UNI Signs Stefan Black II to 2020 Signing Day Class

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI Football today announced the signing of Blue Springs, Missouri product Stefan Black II to the 2020 recruiting class. Black is the 18th signee to date for the UNI Panther football team and the first cornerback in the group.
He had more than a dozen offers from schools around the country. He was a two-time All-State honoree with 150 tackles, 40 pass breakups and three interceptions. He helped lead Blue Springs to the state semifinals in 2018 and the state title game in 2017.
He is an honor roll student that also participates in basketball and track.
Black is the second recruit from Missouri in the class. There were eight Iowans, two from Kansas, and one each from California, Minnesota, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
The group includes four offensive linemen, five defensive linemen, two wide receivers, a tight end, two quarterbacks, a linebacker and an athlete.
The class is the top-ranked recruiting class in the Missouri Valley Football Conference by 247Sports.
