Panther Women's Basketball Hosts Illinois State, Bradley in Key Weekend

UNI women's basketball hosts three of their final five games, including a pair of key games against Illinois State on Thursday, Feb. 20 and Bradley on Saturday, Feb. 22. The Panthers are 15-9 on the year and 7-6 in MVC play. The Panthers are 9-1 at home. Illinois State is 14-9 overall and 6-6 in MVC Play. Bradley is 19-4 overall and 10-2 in MVC play. Â Â
• The Redbirds come into the weekend with three players averaging double figures. Lexi Wallen scores a team-high 17.6 points per game while Tete Maggett averages 15.8 and Juliunn Redmond scores 10.7. Illinois State has lost three of their last four games.Â
• Four Bradley players score in double digits, led by Lasha Petree with 16.8 PPG. Bradley is second in the MVC with a 10-2 record and has won three-straight games heading into the weekend. They play at Drake Thursday.Â
