Run4UNI Shifts to Fall, Registration Opens June 1

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI athletic department and the Panther Scholarship Club announced today that the annual Run4UNI will move to the fall.
The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 8 a.m. the four-mile race will take place on the University of Northern Iowa campus and end at the 50-yard line of Stan Sheriff Field in the UNI-Dome.
A reception will take place after the race on the UNI-Dome Concourse until 11 a.m.
UNI Football hosts South Dakota at the UNI-Dome. It is also Family Weekend for UNI with activities all across campus.
Registration will open June 1. The cost will be $35 for the four-mile loop and $25 for the one-mile loop.
The registration fee includes race dues, a t-shirt and a ticket to Friday night's volleyball match against Drake at the McLeod Center. Extra tickets for the volleyball match may be purchased by filling out the comment section of the registration form or by calling the UNI athletic ticket office.
