OREM, Utah – No. 17 UNI wrestling improved to 6-5 overall and 6-1 in the Big 12 with a 29-12 win over Utah Valley.

The Panthers got bonus points from Jay Schwarm at 125 pounds, Max Thomsen at 149 pounds and heavyweight Carter Isley. Josh Alber earned a forfeit at 141 pounds for his 14^th consecutive win.

Schwarm moved up UNI's all-time list for most career falls. Tonight's 30^th fall ties him for eighth among all Panthers for career pins. Another first-period fall tonight gave him his 22^nd pin in the first period.

Isley got his second fall of the season at heavyweight while Thomsen notched his fourth tech fall of the year.
