Educators Receive Free Ticket to Feb 6 Men's Basketball Game

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI Athleticsw is pleased to announce the addition of a third Elevating Educators game scheduled for Feb. 6 when the UNI men's basketball team takes on Bradley at 7 p.m. in the McLeod Center.
The first 1,000 educators (pre-K through 12 school districts) who register will be awarded one free ticket to the game with the option of purchasing additional tickets at a group rate of $5.
"We are excited to honor our history as a teacher college and welcome educators to the McLeod Center," said head coach Ben Jacobson. "This is a great way to show our appreciation to educators across the state, and we look forward to seeing them on Feb. 6."
Elevating Educators is a new initiative by UNI Athletics and the University of Northern Iowa that seeks to recognize and elevate professional educators in Iowa, nationwide and throughout the world.
