Senior Molly Lembezeder, the 2016 and 2017 champion in the 50 and 100 freestyles, looks to make it three years in a row. Lembezeder leads the Valley in the 50 freestyle and earned swimmer of the week honors twice this season.Â
The 100 butterfly champion, Crystal Florman is ready to jump in, leading the Panthers in the event this season.Â
