• The Panthers took home their 17th MVC Tournament Title last weekend, defeating Illinois State 3-1 in the Championship match
• The Panthers earned an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament and have drawn Pepperdine in the first round.
• 2018 will mark the 22nd time the Panthers have made the NCAA Tournament.
• Head Coach Bobbi Petersen has now made 14 NCAA appearances in 19 seasons with the Panthers.

PEPPERDINE WAVES
The Waves put together a solid 2018 season, finishing 21-8 overall. Offensively the Waves had four players with over 200 kills. The offensive attack was led by Channon Scully and Hanna Frohling. Scully ended the season averaging 3.28 kills per set while Frohling has averaged 3.22 kills per set.
The Pepperdine offense is set by Blossom Sato, who finished with an impressive 1,103 assists and averaged 10.81 assists per set. The Waves have recorded 379 total block assists in 2018 with Alli O'Hara leading the way with 104. Tarah Wylie finished the season with 87 total blocks while Rachel Ahrens finished with 47. The Waves have won eleven West Coast Conference titles, and have qualified for the NCAA Tournament 23 times.
ANOTHER REGULAR SEASON CROWN
With the victory over Indiana State last weekend the Panthers share the regular season title with Illinois State. Both teams finished with a 16-2 MVC record.
ANOTHER TOURNAMENT TITLE
For the 17th time, the Panthers won the MVC Tournament, the first since 2011. The Panthers defeat the Redbirds of Illinois State 3-1in the Championship match to earn an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

The Panthers earned three First Team All-MVC honors over the weekend including a Player of the Year nod.
