UNI women's basketball escapes the cold autumn weather for a pair of games at the Beach Classic hosted by Long Beach State in Southern California where they face the tournament host before playing Boise State.Â
The Panthers are 2-2 on the year and are coming off of an impressive come-from-behind victory over Creighton Tuesday at the McLeod Center. Karli Rucker leads UNI at 14.5 points per game while the Ellie Howell averages 13.5 PPG. Megan Maahs averages 9.5 points and a team-high 6.8 rebounds per game.Â
