14th Annual Women At Play Set For Jan. 20

The University of Northern Iowa's 14th Annual Women at Play event will take place Jan. 20, 2018, at the Waterloo Center for the Arts from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Sandy Benak (State Farm Insurance) is the presenting sponsor of the 2018 Women at Play event.
Women at Play is the UNI Athletics Department annual celebration of women's athletics. The night will include a silent auction, social, heavy hors d'oeuvres (courtesy of Hy-Vee), live auction and a specialty game.
This year's event will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of women's athletics in the Missouri Valley Conference. To celebrate this milestone, a panel of guests - including MVC Senior Associate Commissioner Patty Viverito, Head UNI Volleyball Coach Bobbi Petersen, Head UNI Women's Basketball Coach Tanya Warren, and former Volleyball player and UNI Hall of Famer Ellie (Blankenship) Reagan - will be highlighted as the event's entertainment.
UNI will also honor a pair of student-athletes, Kelsey Hansen (Soccer) and Molly Lembezeder (Swimming & Diving) who are receiving the 2017-18 Pat Allen Women at Play Scholarship.
Former UNI women's basketball player and 2017 UNI Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, Jacqui Kalin, will serve as the host.
An individual registration is $40 or you may purchase a table of eight for $300. Space is limited.
