UNI Athletics Looking for Marketing Interns

ATHLETICS MARKETING INTERN INFORMATION (PDF)
The UNI Athletic Marketing Department is seeking aggressive, creative and self-motivated individuals to fill 8-10 undergraduate marketing intern positions for the 2016-2017 academic year. This position is unpaid.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: developing and coordinating marketing and promotional efforts for all of UNI's intercollegiate sports, implementing marketing strategies and gameday promotional activites, assisting with and planning special events, and designing and creating advertisements for print and electronic media.
Candidates should be team-oriented and must be willing to work weekends and nights. Events may occur with little notice so candidates must have flexible schedules. Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential and knowledge of sports and an interest in the sports marketing industry are a plus.
These positions are limited to full-time University of Northern Iowa students.
