UNI Swim Team Fall to North Dakota

The University of Northern Iowa swim team competed today in Milwaukee, Wisc. falling to both the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, 183-51 and the University of North Dakota, 191-45.
Freshman Katie Maloy (Auburn, Ind./R. Nelson Snider) claimed second place in the 500-yard free with a time of 5:21.7. She also earned a third-place finish in the 1000-yard free with a time of 11:01.5.
Freshman Katie Klinkenborg (Overland Park, Kan./Shawnee Mission East) also earned points for the Panthers in the 200-yard fly where she came in third-place with a time of 2:16.9.
The Panthers resume action on Friday (Nov. 18th) in Mankato, Minn. where they face off with the University of Minnesota State-Mankato.
