The Redbirds would get no closer than 12 points the rest of the way.
For the 10th time in 12 games, UNI shot better than 50 percent from the field as a team. The Panthers made 51.6 percent of their field goal attempts (32-for-62), while holding Illinois State to just 38.5 percent shooting (20-for-52). The Redbirds hit on just 23.1 percent (6-for-26) from the floor in the second half.
