Meghan Peacock joined the UNI athletic training staff in 2020 and currently serves as athletic trainer for the Panther football team.
Prior to UNI, she was an assistant athletic trainer at Sam Houston State, primarily working with the football and golf teams. She also was in charge of all inventory and ordering for the Sports Medicine department.
Peacock was at Sam Houston from 2017-20 after completing her master’s degree in Sport and Human Performance from Sam Houston State. During this time, she was a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the softball and football teams. She also worked PRN jobs through Huntsville Memorial Hospital including Willis High School and Bela Karolyi gymnastics camps.
She came to Huntsville after graduating from Iowa State University in 2015. There she completed her undergraduate degree in athletic training working with the football, volleyball, track and field and women’s basketball programs.
As a native of Iowa, Peacock grew up in a small town in the country. During her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time outside riding her horses, kayaking, hiking, shooting archery and working out.Â
