Katy VanDyke-Corbett joined the UNI Athletics staff as Concessions Food & Beverage Operations Manager in late 2025.
In her role at UNI, VanDyke-Corbett oversees food service needs at outlets and stands throughout the UNI-Dome and McLeod Center on game days and at other expos and exhibits the university hosts. She is also partially responsible for the experience in UNI suites and working with teams for beverage needs on game day.
A 2010 UNI graduate, VanDyke-Corbett joined the Panther athletics staff after seven years as a Food Service Supervisor for UNI, supervising cook and bakery employees, receiving and managing shipments and managing student staffing.
VanDyke-Corbett has also owned and operated a number Waterloo based establishments, including Fester’s Pub, Hungry Charlie’s Lunchbox Deli and Hungry Charlie’s Food Truck. She has managed inventory for her businesses, developed menus, oversaw payroll and business operations and promoted her businesses throughout social media.
