Facilities and Operations Manager has been part of the UNI Athletics staff since 2013, having previously served as Concessions and Retail Operations Manager and Assistant Concessions Manager.

Stallman oversees food service needs at outlets and stands throughout the UNI-Dome and McLeod Center on game days, for concerts and at other expos and exhibits UNI hosts. He is also partially responsible for the experience in UNI suites and working with teams for beverage needs on game day.

Stallman is a 2011 graduate of UNI's construction management program. While attending UNI, he held positions with UNI Athletics Facilities working security and doing game day setup operations. He worked for Peters Construction directly out of college before joining UNI full time.
