Elliot Bordini

Elliot Bordini joined the UNI soccer staff as a volunteer assistant coach in July 2026.
A Green Bay, Wisconsin native, Bordini spent two seasons as a defender at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2023 and 2025, appearing in five matches with one start in his final season with the Rangers. In 2024, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he played a season as a kicker and punter.
Since 2023, Bordini has worked as the Director of Operations for the Green Bay Glory, a semi-professional soccer organization in Wisconsin. In his role, which includes serving as an assistant coach for the organization's women's team, he oversees day-to-day operations and serve as the driving force behind organizational growth and brand development. Bordini duties also including leading marketing strategy, community outreach, sponsorship acquisition and game-day execution across both men’s and women’s teams. His team leadership has seen him build the organization from the ground up, develop community outreach and leadership initiatives through it development academy and secure sponsorships and fundraising.
Bordini also brings expereince to UNI training collegiate semi-professional and youth soccer players with focus on player development, communication and high-performance culture, while also assisting with recruiting, roster management, match analysis and game day coaching.
Bordini graduated from Wisconsin-Parkside in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in business management and is currently pursuing a master's degree from Wisconsin-Green Bay.
