Amanda Frost is in her second season as the Director of Basketball Operations for the UNI Panthers. She joined the Panther women's basketball program back in the summer of 2017.

"We are looking forward to the addition of Amanda to our staff," UNI head women's basketball coach Tanya Warren said. "She is well organized, has high energy and is a great fit for our program. Amanda had a tremendous collegiate career at Mount Mercy and we are excited to have her as a UNI Panther."

Frost served as a graduate assistant coach for the past two seasons at Mount Mercy following a stellar playing career for the Mustangs. Frost earned honorable mention NAIA All-America honors in 2012-13 and was a first-team all-Midwest Collegiate Conference selection as both a junior and a senior.

She earned her undergraduate degree in human resource management at Mount Mercy in May 2015. She also obtained her master's of business administration in leadership and human resource concentration from Mount Mercy in May 2017.
