HIGH SCHOOL: Was a tight end and wide receiver for Wando High School in South Carolina ... earned the Spirit of Wando Award ... earned academic honors, including being named the CCSD Board Scholar with a 4.25 GPA as a senior and was a sports med scholar ... also competed in wrestling at 220 pounds and was a high jumper for the track and field team, where he earned a spot on the all-region team.
