2022:Â Named to Phil Steele MVFC Preseason Fourth Team Offense and Fourth Team Special Teams... Played in all 11 games... Caught 34 passes for 526 yards and 2 touchdowns.
FALL 2021: Had 35 receptions for 408 yards … third on the team in receiving yards … had six receptions for 86 yards … notched two touchdowns against Missouri State ... earned an honorable mention for the MVFC All-Conference Team ... named to the honor roll.
SPRING 2021:Â Played and started in all seven games... Was second on the team with 295 receiving yards... fourth on the team with 44 rushing yards... Recorded 105 yards receiving and 22 yards rushing against Southern Illinois... had three catches for 60 yards against North Dakota State.
2018:Â Played in all 13 games in his first year as a Panther...recorded 36 catches, 482 yards, and 2 touchdowns...also returned 3 punts and 9 kick returns...had the longest kick return for the Panthers in 2018 at 59 yards... Named All-MVFC All-Newcomer Team... was named a HERO Sports Freshman All-American.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time All-State at Freeport High School… Owns over 2,500 all-purpose yards… Earned All-Conference honors as a running back in 2017… Rushed for 656 yards on 83 carries, while racking up seven scores as a senior at Freeport HS… Also caught 10 passes for 150 yards and three touchdowns… Claimed First Team All-Conference as a junior… Has played at multiple positions on offense… Brother, Steve, played football and baseball at Western Illinois ... also lettered in track at Freeport HS… State champion in the 110 and 300 hurdles.

PERSONAL: From Freeport, Illinois … son of Robert and Stephanie McShane … has five siblings, including teammate Vance … volunteered for the Kiwanis pancake breakfast and helped coach youth football … chose UNI because it’s a great school and he trusts his coach … majoring in criminology and criminal justice with a minor in coaching.
