Brody Rohach joined the UNI football coaching staff in the spring of 2023 as tight ends coach.
Originally from Iowa City, Iowa, Rohach came to UNI after a one-year stint as the quarterbacks coach and academic coordinator at the University of Sioux Falls, where he helped generate the second most productive offensive unit in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) with nearly 33 points per game and over 420 total yards of offense per contest. The Cougars notched an 8-3 record and earned 7 All-NSIC selections on the offensive side of the ball.
Prior to his time in Sioux Falls, Rohach coached two seasons at NAIA Walforf College in Forest City Iowa. The Warriors totaled 13 wins over two seasons and won back-to-back North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) championships with over 28 points a game offensively and 15 all-conference honorees. Rohach also spent two seasons as offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, helping the Kohawks to 12 wins and 7 all-conference selections.
Rohach also spent time at Buena Vista University as the Beavers' wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator, as well as two years as a graduate assistant running backs coach at the University of Central Missouri.
A quarterback with college playing experience, Rohach played two season as San Diego, earning a pair of Pioneer League All-Academic honors. He later transfers to Division II Wayne State, where he played three seasons and was a two-time NSIC Academic All-Conference selection. Rohach graduated from Wayne State in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Public Relations. He later added a Master's degree from Central Missouri in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management. Â
Rohach currently resides in Cedar Falls with his wife, Danielle.
