2022 (FRESHMAN): Finished in 59th place with a time of 27:32.00 at the Redbird Invite ... Ran a time of 25:54 at the Gans Creek Classic ... Placed 228th at the Bradley Pink Classic running a time of 26:08 ... Ran a time of 26:21 finishing in 54th place overall for a season-best team finish of third among UNI competitors at the MVC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Won the conference and Iowa state championships in cross country as a senior ... won back-to-back state championships in the 4x800 and distance medley relays as a junior and senior and tacked on open 800 and 4x400 titles as a senior ... three-time first team all-state and all-conference in cross country ... led cross country and track and field teams to four top-three finishes from 2020-22 ...  in addition to cross country and track and field, competed in basketball at Earlham High School.Â
