SOPHOMORE (2017)
Claimed All-MVC Honorable Mention after finishing 12th overall at the conference championship… To open her sophomore season, finished third at the Mayflower Day Open (Sept. 16)… She turned in a time of 21:55.2 at the 6K event… Finished the Joe Piane 5K (Sept. 29) with a time of 17:32.8, to come in ninth place… The time ranks as the fifth fastest 5K at UNI… Clocked a time of 21:30.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic 6K (Oct. 13), finishing 18th overall… Ran a time of 17:55.9 at the MVC Championship 5K (Oct. 28), to finish 12th overall and claim All-MVC Honorable Mention… Earned a spot on the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team after posting a GPA of 3.88.
FRESHMAN (2016)
Named MVC Freshman of the Year… Posted three top-10 finishes in her first season with the Panthers… Earned eighth-overall in her first collegiate race, after running a 10:30.3 at the Hawkeye Invite 3K (9/2)… Grabbed sixth overall at the Badger Classic 6K (9/23) after posting a time of 22:06.3… Led all Panthers at the Bradley Classic (10/14) after running a 21:09.6 6K to finish 11th overall… Finished ninth at the MVC Championships (10/29) in the 5K, running a time of 18:03.5 to aid the Panthers to a conference title… Qualified for the 2017 Outdoor JUNIOR US Championships in the 5,000 meters, placing second overall… Qualified for the US JUNIOR team that raced at the Pan Am Games in Peru over the summer.
HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered in cross country and track and field at Watertown High School in Watertown, Minn….Was a two-time runner-up at the state track meet in the two-mile run… Finished third overall as a senior at the state cross country meet… Holds the school record in the 3,200 meters… Won the conference titles in the 3,200 meters and the 1,600 meters… Named the Team MVP as a senior… Was a team captain for cross country.

Daughter of Linus and Elizabeth… Has two siblings, Joseph and Nate… Majoring in physics and biomedical engineering… Was on the high honor roll in high school and was given the Student of Excellence in Science and Spanish Award.
