Frequently Asked Questions
2025 Football Reseat/UNI-Dome FAQ
- What is the Panther Point System?
- The UNI Athletics priority point system — Panther Points — is intended to promote fairness, generate support for Panther Scholarship Club (PSC) members and rewards giving. This system also provides an incentive for beginning, renewing and increasing participation as an athletics donor and season ticket holder. Panther Points allows for the objective allocation of benefits that exist in limited quantities, such as: season ticket location, away game ticket allocations, and distribution of tickets to postseason events. The system is administered collaboratively by the staff of the UNI Ticket Office and the PSC.
- Additional details can be found here: https://supportthepanthers.com/benefits/index.html#panther-points
- When can I select my seats?
- All season ticket holders renewing their seats will have first priority to select their seats. Priority will be determined by PSC level and Panther Points. The seat selection process will begin at the end of March.
- How much will 2025 football season tickets cost?
- Season tickets for the 2025 football season will range in price based on the section and the seating amenities, ranging in price from $1,300 to $70. A seating map can be found on unipanthers.com.
- What does the seat selection process look like?
- All renewing season ticket holders will get first priority to select their seats. Season ticket holders will have the option to come to the UNI-Dome and select their seats themselves, send someone on their behalf to select seats, or work with UNI staff to select the best seats available according to what their wants/needs are (aisle seats vs middle row, front row vs higher up, ADA accessible seating, etc.)
- Who do I contact with any questions?
- For questions regarding tickets, please contact the UNI Athletics Ticket Office at 319-273-4849.
- For questions regarding Panther Scholarship Club (PSC), please contact Steven McKee at steven.mckee@uni.edu
- Why are we doing a full reseat?
- The UNI-Dome is undergoing its first major renovation in its rich history. With the additions of new amenities such as wider seats, handrails, and additional premium seating, many seats will be changed or altered or cease to exist. In an effort to make this process fair, a full reseat is necessary to ensure all fans’ accommodations can be met.
- Am I guaranteed my seat from last year?
- Due to the nature of the renovation, season ticket holders are not guaranteed the same seat from prior seasons. Some seats will not be impacted by the renovation, therefore season ticket holders may be able to select their seat location from previous seasons. Unfortunately, that cannot be said for all seats.
- What are all the different seating options?
- There will be four main season ticket options available for the upcoming season:
- Premium Seating (Inner and Outer Club) - Located on the west side of the UNI-Dome, these seats are truly the best seats in the house. VIP level cushioned seats with private access to food and drink.
- Seat Toppers Sections E-F, N-S) - Chairback style seats on the west side of the UNI-Dome and at the 50 yard line on the east side, these supply back support and a comfortable and unobstructed view of the entire field.
- Straight Rail (Sections C-D, G-H) - these seats will offer some support without the comfort of a seat on the east side of the UNI-Dome.
- Bleachers (A-B, J-K, L-M, U-T) - standard bench style seating with no back support located near the endzones on both sides of the UNI-Dome.
- There will be four main season ticket options available for the upcoming season:
- What is the construction timeline?
- Construction is slated to begin in February 2025 with all seating expected to be complete before the home opener on August 30, 2025. The new, 4-stop elevator on the west side of the UNI-Dome will follow shortly after in September.
- Have there been any changes to the accessibility of the UNI-Dome?
- A second UNI-Dome elevator will be coming online in September 2025 on the west side with group, office, premium seat, and suite level access. Handrails will be added in all aisles and the stairs will have an even run instead of the previous “short, tall” arrangement. Additional ADA seating will also be made available at our concourse level.
