2010-11: Broke school record in 100 freestyle (52.36), 200 medley relay (1:47.51) and 400 medley relay (3:52.41) at the MVC Championships...All-conference honorable mention...MVC scholar-athlete...took fourth in the 50 freestyle at the MVC Championships...finished the season with six first-place finishes...Named team MVP.
2009-10: Was a part of the record-breaking 200 meter and 400 meter freestyle relays...second on the season-best time list for the 50 meter freestyle (24.51) and 100 meter freestyle (53.69)...took 11th in both the 50 meter and 100 meter freestyle at the MVC championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time state qualifier...State champion in 2006...Top-five finisher in all-state meets...Earned first team all-conference 2006-2008...WIAA scholastic athlete 2005-2008...Also participated in basketball...On honor roll for four years.
PERSONAL: Born Sept. 7, 1990, in Bellevue, Wash....Daughter of Paul and Lori Frederick...Has a twin brother, Joseph...Chose UNI because of the welcoming and fun environment...Majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry.
