2009-10: Member of the MVC Scholar-Athlete team...had the season-best time for the team in the 200 meter butterfly and the third best time in the 1,000 meter freestyle, 1,650 meter freestyle and 200 meter backstroke...took 14th in the 1,650 meter freestyle, 16th in the 200 meter backstroke and 20th in the 500 meter freestyle at the MVC Championships.
2008-2009: Took the top spot in the 1,000 free against Minnesota State, Mankato...Placed second in the 200 fly (2:16.19) and 1,000 free (10:57.66) at the dual against South Dakota...Finished 12th in the 1,650 free (18:07.52), 15th in the 500 free (5:14.85) and 14th in the 200 Fly (2:14.43) at the MVC Tournament...Named to the 2009 Scholar-Athlete Team.
2007-08: Finished first in the 200 fly and second in the 200 back and 1,000 free in dual with Minnesota State-Moorhead...Captured first place in the 200 fly in double-dual with Grinnell and Morningside...Finished 15th in the 400 IM and the 1,650 free and 16th in the 200 fly at the MVC Championships...Held the season-best 200 fly, clocking in at 2:16.20.
HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for state all four years of her high school career...finished her senior season with a fifth place finish at state in the 200 meter IM and a sixth place finish at state in the 500 meter free...finished ninth at state in both 500 meter free and 200 meter her junior year...IM holds five Spencer High School swimming records...was class valedictorian...involved in National Honor Society...made the 2006 academic all-state team...was a Wendy's Heisman Award nominee.
PERSONAL: Born Feb. 24, 1989, in Spirit Lake, Iowa...daughter of Benjamin and JoAnne McCullough...majoring in business administration and management.
