2009-10: Member of the MVC Scholar-Athlete team...had second-place season-best time for the team in the 400 meter individual medley and 200 meter butterfly...placed 14th in the 200 meter butterfly, 17th in the 400 meter individual medley and 21st in the 500 meter freestyle at the MVC Championships
2008-09: Swam as the third leg of the 400 free relay taking fifth place in the dual meet against Iowa...Took fifth in the 200 free and 500 free in the dual against Minnesota State, Mankato...Placed 15th in the 400 IM, 17th in the 500 free and 19th in the 200 fly at the MVC tournament...Named to the 2009 Scholar-Athlete Team.
2007-08: Took first in 500 free with dual against Illinois State...Anchored first-place 500 free relay and 1,500 free relay in double-dual with South Dakota State and Northern Colorado...Captured first place in 500 and 1,000 free in dual with Minnesota State-Mankato...Held the team's season-best 100 breast time, clocking in at 1:09.88
HIGH SCHOOL: Finished 5th in state her junior year in the 200 medley relay...finished 7th in state her sophomore year in the 500 meter free...holds two high school records in the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay.
PERSONAL: Born Dec. 23, 1988, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa...daughter of Ken and Lisa Mangrich...has a twin sister, Ashley...was a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society...member of the all-conference academic team and the all-state academic team...Class salutatorian...majoring in biomedicine.
