2020 INDOOR: Recorded a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:21.67 at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10)… Recorded a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:42.94 at the Bison Team Cup (1/18)… Placed second in the 4x800 at the Jack Jennett Open (1/23)… Recorded a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:09.86 at the Iowa State Classic (2/14)… Competed in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/29).
2019 OUTDOOR: Competed unattached in the 5000-meters at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (May 3).
2018 OUTDOOR: Notched a career-best time of 4:08.82 in the 1,5000 at the Musco Twilight (4/12) … Competed in the 5,000 at the MVC Championships (5/11), earning a PR of 15:45.21.
2018 INDOOR: Opened the season with a first place finish in the mile at the Panther Open (1/13) … Finished a personal best time of 8:45.92 in the 3,000 at the Mark Messersmith Invite (1/27) … Participated in the 3,000 and 5,000 at the MVC Championships (2/24).
