SENIOR (2012-13): After wrestling several years at a heavier weight, Jauch moved down to 125 pounds to finish his college career ... won his first match of the year by technical fall (18-1) ... upset No. 16 Dominick Malone of Northwestern to help the team secure a team victory over No. 21 Northwestern ... recorded the team's and his career fastest pin in 20 seconds ... took fifth at the Mid-American Conference championships, where he upset No. 9 Christian Cullinan of Central Michigan and No. 27 Jared Germaine of Eastern Michigan.
JUNIOR (2011-12): Began season competing at 133 pound spot in UNI lineup, where he posted 2-2 dual record ... returned to lineup Feb. 12 at National Duals, where he competed at 149 pounds and posted a 1-2 record ... advanced to West Regional semifinal as unseeded wrestler, after upsetting No. 3-seeded Gonzalez of Northern Colorado in first round ... earned 133-pound title at Finn Grinaker Cobber Open ... placed second at Harold Nichols Cyclone Open.
SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Started at 133 pounds in 18 of the Panthers 21 dual matches...finished the season with a 19-16 mark...spent the later half of the season ranked in the top 33 at 133 pounds by The Wrestling Report and the NCAA Rating Percentage Index...finished fourth at 133 pounds at the NCAA West Regional...took second place at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open and the UNI Open.
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2009-10): Took fourth place at the NCAA West Regional...picked up four dual wins including a pin over Harvard's Fermin Mendez...finished the season 13-15 overall...placed third at the Duhawk Open and sixth at the Loras Open.
FRESHMAN (2008-09): Competed in three open tournaments...posted a 9-5 overall record.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Crystal Lake Central High School ... four-time Illinois state wrestling qualifier ... placed fourth in the state as a senior after posting a season mark of 40-3 ... had a four-year combined prep record of 145-22 ... as a freshman, he was a freestyle state champion and runner-up in Greco-Roman ... as a sophomore, Jauch was a freestyle and Greco state champion ... as a junior, he placed fifth in the nation in Fargo, N.D., in the Greco competition ... tallied a fourth-place finish at the Senior Nationals in 2008 ... was ranked No. 20 in the nation at 119 pounds by Wrestling USA ... was also ranked No. 9 in the nation among seniors at 119 pounds by Wrestling USA.
