Hogan, Peters round out season for Panther divers at NCAA Zones

COLLEGE STATION, Tex. --- UNI's Avery Hogan and Erica Peters put a cap on the UNI swimming and diving team's 2025-26 season on Tuesday as both athletes represented the Panthers at the NCAA Diving Zones on the Texas A&M campus.
Hogan, who placed second in the one-meter competition at last month's Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Championships in Evansville, opened action for Northern Iowa on Monday on the one-meter boards, taking 55th place with a score of 188.55.
Competition continued on Tuesday with three-meter action. Hogan, the 2026 conference champion on the three-meter boards placed 46th with a score of 239.45, while Peters, a senior from Ankeny, Iowa took 49th (226.30) in her final collegiate meet.
Hogan, the 2026 MVC Diver of the Year and a Waterloo, Iowa native, completes her junior season ranking fourth in program history in three-meter action (282.25) and fifth on the one-meter boards (272.60) after three individual event wins this year, including a conference title. Peters meanwhile concludes her collegiate diving career ranking third in team history on the three-meter boards (283.30) and eighth in one-meter (269.95), and a pair of individual first-place meet finishes this season.
