UNI football pro day set for March 24 on the UNI campus

Panthers prepare to show off skills in combine drills on Monday afternoon. Event free and open to the public.
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The UNI football team will host its 2025 Pro Day to give professional scouts an opportunity to see the athleticism of Panthers eligible athletes for next month's NFL Draft.
Fans and media are invited to the event inside the UNI-Dome, as well as the Wellness and Recreation Center set to start at 1:45 p.m. CT on Monday, March 24. Due to on-going UNI-Dome renovations, the west entrance to the stadium will be closed, with some drills potentially being held outdoors at the Doug and Ann Goschke Outdoor Practice Facility. The event is free and open to the public.
Eight Panthers are expected to participate in the standard NFL Combine drills, including Tristan Roper, Hayden Amos, Jared Penning, Amauri Pesek-Hickson, Layne Pryor, Sergio Morancy, JJ Dervil and Cordarrius Bailey.
The athletes will run through standard combine drills, including the 40-yard dash, cone drills, jumps, and the bench press, as well as other positional workouts. Bench press and vertical jump drills will be held in UNI's Wellness and Recreation Center weight room. Representatives from multiple NFL teams are expected to be in attendance.
The 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled for April 24-26 at historic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
