Panther volleyball announces 2025 spring match schedule

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The three-time defending Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) regular season and tournament champion UNI volleyball team on Wednesday announced its spring schedule for 2025.
Northern Iowa, which posted a 26-8 record with a perfect 18-0 mark against conference opponents for a second straight season last fall, will participate in three tournaments in Minnesota and Iowa.
UNI will open its 2025 spring season on Saturday, March 29 on the University of Minnesota campus in Minneapolis, opening against Iowa State in a closed door match at Williams Arena. The Panthers' afternoon match against Minnesota will be open to the public at 4 p.m. CT at Maturi Pavilion.
Northern Iowa returns home on Saturday, April 5 for its annual home spring tournament, taking on Western Illinois, Iowa, St. Thomas and North Dakota inside the Wellness-Recreation Center. All matches are free and open to the public with minimal temporary seating available. Fans are encouraged to bring folding chairs for additional seating.
UNI will close the spring season out on April 19 at Iowa's spring tournament at Carver-Hawkeye Arena against Iowa, Bradley and Western Illinois. Match times have yet to be announced.
