JJ Dervil named to the MVFC All-Newcomer Team

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — The Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) released its 2024 All-Newcomer team on Tuesday morning as voted on by head coaches, sports information personnel, and members of the media. Defensive back JJ Dervil was named to the All-Newcomer defensive team.

A defensive back out of Naples, Florida, Dervil finished the season with 63 tackles including 3.5 tackles for a loss of eight yards. He broke up a team-high five passes over the course of the 2024 season.
