UNI track and field unveils 2023-24 indoor schedule

The Panthers will open the 2023-24 track and field season in early December for a two-day showing at the ISU Holiday Classic in Ames on December 8-9. UNI will also make the first of four visits to the Iowa Indoor Track Building on January 13 for the Hawkeye Invitational.
In mid-January, Northern Iowa will host the annual Jack Jennett Open inside the UNI-Dome on January 19, while also sending athletes to a two-day meet at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in Iowa City on the same weekend, January 19-20. Wrapping up the month of January, the Panthers will once again travel to Iowa City for the Black & Gold Invite on January 27th.
February kicks off with a second trip to Ames for the Iowa State Classic ahead of the SDSU Indoor Classic in Brookings and the Iowa Open. For the third straight season, the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Indoor Championships will be held at Gately Park in Chicago in late February, while the NCAA Championships are scheduled to take place in Boston at The Track At New Balance, March 8-9.
