NCAA Brackets Released Wednesday

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Parker Keckeisen received the No. 4 seed and Brody Teske the fifth seed to highlight the NCAA Championship brackets released by the association, Wednesday.
Keckeisen is 15-0 and the Big 12 Champion and opens the bracket with a familiar opponent, Iowa State's Samuel Colbray. Keckeisen and Colbray met once this year, a 4-3 win for Keckeisen.
Teske, the Big 12 champion, enters the tournament with a 12-1 record. He meets Oregon State's Brandon Kaylor. Kaylor is 9-5 on the year. He finished third in the Pac-12 championship.
Carter Isley is the No. 15 seed with a 9-5 record. He faces the 18th seed Hunter Calka from Virginia Tech who is 9-2 on the year. The two have never met on the mat.
Triston Lara finished fifth at the Big 12 championship and is 6-6 on the year. He will wrestle Mike Van Brill from Rutgers. Van Brill is 5-4 on the year. Van Brill was just 1-3 on the year entering the Big Ten championship and lost his first bout, but rallied through the wrestle backs to capture third place. The two have never met.
Lance Runyon enters the championship with a 7-5 record and is the seeded 29th. Runyon will face Mikey Labriola. Labriola is 11-1 on the year. His one loss came in a sudden victory loss in the Big 12 Championship. It will be the first meeting between the two wrestlers.
Austin Yant is ranked 33rd at 165. He will wrestle Hofstra's Ricky Stramm. The winner will face top seed Alex Marinelli in the opening round.
The Panthers travel to St. Louis next week. The three-day championship begins on March 18.
