URBANA, Ill.—The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis team fell in action this evening to the University of Illinois, 4-0.

Illinois won the doubles point, winning the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles matches.

In singles competition, Claudia Toledo fell 6-0, 6-1 in the No. 2 spot. Daisy Phillips fell in the No. 4 match, 6-2, 6-0. Davi Patterson earned her second start as a Panther, falling 6-0, 6-2 in the No. 5 spot.

Up next, the Panthers travel to Illinois State for a 1 p.m. match.
