THE SERIES
The Panthers and Redbirds have battled throughout the series, The Panthers hold the series lead at 54-27 but the Redbird have closed that gap, winning four of the last nine match ups. While trading streaks from 1982 to 1997 the Panthers have largely been on the winning side of the MVC match ups.
The Braves of Bradley have struggled against the Panthers in the all-time series with the Panthers holding a 66-10 record. The Panthers are currently on a 28 match win streak dating back to 2005. The Panthers and Braves went four sets on October 11 and will likely be another tough match on Saturday night.

 • The Panthers stand at 12-1 in the MVC after defeating both Southern Illinois and Missouri State last weekend.
• The Panthers will get a chance to avenge the team's lone loss in MVC action, taking on the Illinois State Redbirds on the road.
• Bobbi Petersen ties her former coach and mentor, Iradge AhraÂbi-Fard in UNI career wins with 503.
• Petersen is now chasing Melissa Stokes for the Missouri Valley Conference wins record at 509.
• Karlie Taylor continues to rise up the UNI career kills leadÂer-board, ranking 4th all-time with 1,576 career kills.
• Taylor is now just 35 kills from passing Bobbi Petersen for 3rd.
• Rachel Koop ranks 9th in UNI career assists with 2,651.

• Rachel Koop returns to set the Panther offense after averaging 11.97 assist per set in 2018, leading the conference and ranking 5th nationally. Rachel Koop ranks 10th in career assists per set with a 9.19 average.
• Karlie Taylor returns for her senior season after recording 4.77 kills per set in 2018, ranking 6th nationally. Karlie Taylor ranks 2nd all-time at UNI in kills per set with a career average of 3.86.
• Taylor is the only player in UNI history to record multiple 500 kill seasons.
