Katie Taylor Named MVC Swimmer of the Week

ST LOUIS, Missouri - For the second week in a row, the MVC Swimmer of the Week is a UNI Panther. Katie Taylor earned the honor this week, after Sydney Schmidt did last week.

This is Katie Taylor's second MVC Swimmer of the Week honor of the season. She previously won during the first week of the season.

The Panthers competed against South Dakota over the weekend. The senior from Muskego, Wisconsin took first place finishes in the 200 medley relay, the 50 free (24.30), 200 back (2:00.99), and the 200 IM (2:05.30).

Taylor and the Panthers will see action again November 22-24 in Topeka, Kansas for the Kansas Classic.
