CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - UNI swim and dive received their first team win of the season in a dominant performance against Mankato State at home on Friday. The Panthers beat the Mavericks by a score of 202 to 97.

The Panthers won all but one event with 11 individual event winners. They also won both relays in the 200 medley relay (1:46.95) and the 200 freestyle relay (1:37.84).

Katie Taylor was the winner of three individual events in the 50 free (24.17), 100 free (52.48), and the 100 fly (56.66).

UNI took both diving wins with Anna Penning (234.22) winning the 1 meter and Jayden Lovell (245.24) winning the 3 meter.

The Panthers next meet will be November 1st and 2nd as they take on St. Cloud State, South Dakota State, and South Dakota in Sioux Falls, SD.
