UNI Swim and Dive Sets Golf Outing, Block Dedication

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI swimming and diving team will open its season with a golf outing and block dedication to thank fans for recent facility upgrades.
Events kick off with an inaugural golf outing for alumni and fans at Dike's Fox Ridge Golf Course. The four-person, best shot tournament will have a shot gun start at 1 p.m. Sept. 28. The $75 fee includes a cart and post-golf meal. There is a $20 meal-only option available for non-golfers. Proceeds support UNI Swimming and Diving.
Participants are asked to register online with three teammates by Sept. 14.
The Panthers are hosting a free, public block dedication event Sept. 29 to thank fans who supported a recent upgrade to the Glen F. Henry Swimming and Diving Pool. Alumni and fans can join the team and UNI officials at 9:45 a.m. for a dedication ceremony that will be followed by a free intrasquad meet at 10 a.m.
An alumni dinner is set for Jan. 26.
