SPRINGFIELD, Mo.—The University of Northern Iowa fell to Missouri State this afternoon, 5-2.

Claudia Toledo and Valentina Caro won in their respective matches for the Panthers. In the No. 3 singles spot, Toledo defeated Phoebe Boeschen 6-4, 6-2. Caro defeated Ellie Burger 6-0, 6-4 in the No. 5 singles spot.

Gisela Kemper went the distance at the No. 1 spot, falling 2-6, 7-5, 6-2 to Alye Darter.

The Panthers will finish out their regular season against UMKC at 10 a.m. on April 22.
