CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa football program hosted its annual Pro Day on Sunday afternoon, as several draft-eligible Panthers showcased their talents in front of NFL scouts on hand at the UNI-Dome.
In total, nine Panthers participated in workouts throughout the day: Keelon Brookins, J'Veyon Browning, Elijah Campbell, Jared Farley, Daurice Fountain, Sam Kuhter, Adam Reth, Malcolm Washington and Preston Woods. Scouts from 27 NFL teams were present on Sunday.
The Panthers started the day in the weight room, by getting their heights and weights recorded before performing on the bench press. Following the bench press, the players took part in vertical jump, board jump, 40-yard dash and 60-yard shuttle. The day closed out with position specific drills for the scouts in attendance.
The 2018 NFL Draft will be held from April 26-28 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

QUOTABLE
Daurice Fountain on the past greats at UNI doing well in the NFL…
"Those guys opened the door for us, they showed the NFL that UNI hasballers and we have great talent coming out of this program. I'm thankful for that."
Daurice Fountain on having a chip on his shoulder …
"I always have a chip on my shoulder. I knew regardless of if I got a NFL Combine invite or not, that I was still going to be an underdog. So, when it didn't happen, it just added even more fuel to the fire."
Elijah Campbell on his Pro Day experience…
"It was quite an experience and it went how I thought it was going to go. I was excited, and I was satisfied with how I performed. I'm excited for the next step now."
Elijah Campbell on being nervous…
"I was a lot more nervous than I thought I would be, especially after getting on the bench in the weight room. That's when I got all my jitters out though, by the time we got to the field I was fine. I'm used to being out here, so that felt good to be out here."
Jared Farley on being back at the UNI-Dome…
"It feels great to be back in the dome. I spent four years here, a great four years and it just feels good to see the turf down and get back on the field. It just felt good to get out here with the guys, a lot of them trained elsewhere over the break so it's good to see them all today and just run around and have some fun out here."
