Haneline, Held Head to USA Volleyball Tryouts

Two University of Northern Iowa volleyball players are taking part in this weekend's USA Volleyball Women's National Team Open Tryouts at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Sophomores Kayla Haneline (Plattsmouth, Neb./Lourdes Catholic HS) and Amie Held (Festus, Mo./St. Pius X HS) will take part in the event Feb. 20-22.
Tryouts are for spots on U.S. Women's National Team, U.S. Collegiate National Teams program and U.S. Junior National Team. There are 232 athletes from 90 colleges and universities participating in the tryouts.

Haneline (R35) and Held (W32) will take part in Friday's tryouts from 3 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. (CT).
