WATERLOO, IOWA – The Wichita State Shockers (17-5, 7-0) swept the UNI Panthers (13-8, 2-5) in conference play Saturday, 7-0. The win secured the MVC regular season title for the Shockers, who have outscored conference competition by a score of 47-2 thus far.

The Panthers provided a pair of close matches for Wichita State, but the Shockers pulled out wins in each to earn the doubles point. Laia Gonzalez-Garrido and Laia Gonzalez-Garrido (UNI), 6-0, 6-2
