NORMAL, Ill. – UNI women's golf sits in a tie for fourth place after two rounds of the Redbird Invitational at the Weibring Golf Club on the campus of Illinois State.
Hannah Bermel is in 11th place at six over par for the tournament after hitting back-to-back rounds of 75 to start the tournament.
Sydney Eaton is tied for 23rd overall after carding a 79 and a 76 to start the tournament.
Emily Snelling is tied for 32nd at 13-over and Anne Gradoville is tied for 43rd at 15-over. Hailey Bermel started strong at four-over in the first round but struggled in round two. She is currently in 47th place.
The Panthers are tied a 42-over as a team with tournament host Illinois State. Northern Illinois leads the pack at eight-over after day one's two rounds.
