
Football Parking and Egress Changes Announced

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – In advance of the season home football opener against Hampton University on Sept. 22, UNI Athletics Tuesday announced an updated parking and egress plan at the UNI-Dome.
The campus recreation fields to the west of the UNI-Dome that were previously used for parking are closed due to renovations.
Panthers Scholarship Club (PSC) reserved parking will again be immediately adjacent to the west of the UNI-Dome and the McLeod Center.
General parking is available for $5 to the north in the grass, gravel and North WRC Lots. General parking for $5 is also available in the parking lots across W 27th St south of the McLeod Center and across Hudson Rd in the Latham and Campbell lots to the east of the UNI-Dome. University A & B parking passes will not be honored in any lot designated for game day parking.
The completion of the Greenhill extension allows for an updated egress plan. Panther Parkway between 27th street and PE Center Drive will not be open to thru traffic and no traffic be will allowed on 27th between Panther Parkway and Hudson road until pedestrians clear after the conclusion of the contest.
Fans parked in any lot north of the UNI-Dome must take PE Center St east to Hudson. Fans parked in the lots west or south of the dome must take Panther Pkwy south to 31st street or turn west on 27th and head to the Greenhill extension or Union Road. Once pedestrians clear the area, police will allow vehicles to head east to Hudson Rd from Panther Pkwy.
