Cedar Valley Fan Rally Set For Aug. 30

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Are you ready for Panther Football to begin? Start the season off right at the annual Cedar Valley Fan Rally slated for Thursday, Aug. 30 at 5 p.m. at the Other Place on University Ave in Cedar Falls.
The event will kick off the 2018 season of the Mark Farley Radio Show hosted by Gary Rima. There will also be a special appearance by the spirit squads and TC & TK. Any kid wearing a UNI Jersey from any sport will also get a free pizza!
New for the 2018 season, fans can sign up to be a member of the Coaches Show Club. For just $20, fans will receive a coaches show T-shirt, weekly coaches show Thursday night food and beverage specials, an opportunity to attend private Coaches Show Club Chalk-Talk and reception for football and men's basketball, and great weekly prizes. All proceeds will benefit the Panther Scholarship Club.
Anyone who signs up at The Other Place on University before Aug. 30 or the night of the Fan Rally will have a chance to win four tickets to the UNI vs. Iowa football game on Sept. 15.
