FRIDAY (CT)

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Junior Freestyle: Round 1, quarterfinals, consolations
4 -7:30 p.m. – Junior Freestyle: Semifinals, finals, third place, consolations

SATURDAY (CT)

10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Senior Freestyle: Round 1, quarterfinals, consolations
1-4:45 p.m. – Junior Freestyle: Beat 2 out of 3 championship
5-9 p.m. – Senior Freestyle: Semifinals, finals, consolations, consolation semifinals and third place

SUNDAY (CT)

Noon to 3 p.m – Senior Freestyle: Best 2 out of 3 championship

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – One current and two future Panthers are competing in the UWW Junior Freestyle competition for a chance to compete on the U.S. World team in Trnava, Slovakia, this September.

Jack Skudlarczyk 61K (true freshman)
Michael Blockhus 65K (incoming Panther from New Hampton)
Tyrell Gordon 86K (incoming Panther from Waterloo East)

Former Panther Blaize Cabell will be competing in the senior division at 97 kilograms. The winner advances to the Final X tournament set in Lincoln, Nebraska, for June 9. The winner of this tournament will face Kyle Snyder for the World Team spot. Snyder is a 2016 Olympic champion and won World titles in 2015 and 2017.

Former Panther Joe Colon has already advanced to the Final X. He will face the winner of the 61-kilogram weight class.
